ISO / IEC 27001 Certification
New Solutions is certified according to the internationally recognized information security standard ISO / IEC 27001.
This means a guarantee of highest safety standards in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data and systems – regularly checked by security experts of TÜV Rheinland. Therefore protecting the safety of our customer’s data and systems is an integral part of all our business processes.

During the ISO 27001 certification by TÜV Rheinland, the following areas of New Solutions GmbH were examined and assessed:

- Organization of information security
- Personnel security
- Physical and environmental security
- Management of communication and operations
- Access and access control
- Security incident management
- Compliance with legal and organizational requirements
- Business Continuity Management
In order to achieve these security goals, New Solutions GmbH has established an information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO / IEC 27001: 2013, which is the basis for ensuring the highest possible security of the infrastructures for New Solutions customers GmbH represents.
The conformity to standards and functionality of the New Solutions GmbH security management system was checked by the independent audit team and is certified by ISO 27001.
Internal training, reviews and internal audits are carried out regularly to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the measures.
In order to guarantee our customers a permanent and consistently high security standard, the effectiveness of the ISMS is continuously monitored and documented through annual monitoring audits and re-certification every three years.
